Refund policy

Refund/Return Policy: 

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We accept returns for exchange or refund seven (7) calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after seven (7) calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us, please call 502-271-2675 or email lauren.lega@ahsrockets.org within five (5) days of receiving your order.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Custom/special order items, clearance items, and water bottles are all final sale and cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Each item is photographed at its very best to display accurate colors and patterns. Please beware that various computer/mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective as each item may be unique in pattern/color.
