Lily’s Promise is handmade jewelry named after a story of hope.

In 2021 our family was growing, and I was pregnant with a baby girl named Lily. Unfortunately, baby Lily had a chromosome abnormality not compatible with life. I was four months into my pregnancy when she went to heaven to be with Jesus. We were completely heartbroken but held onto the hope we know we have in heaven through Jesus and the hope of knowing we will see her again one day.

At her memorial service, two of my best friends performed the song Amazing Grace. It was beautiful! There’s a line in the song that says, “the Lord has promised good to me.” Promised.

Even though our baby girl is not here with us right now, we have that hope. God’s plans are not always our plans, but He has promised good to me. How good it will be to see our loved ones again on day in heaven. We had many family and friends by our side walking with us through that time. How special it has been to continue to have several of these hands and hearts helping me create Lily’s Promise.

Lily’s Promise has been a group effort with God’s love at the center of it all. This is how Lily’s Promise was created.
